Dumb Defendant Awards

I highly advise AGAINST doing any of the following:

• If you are a mail delivery person, opening greeting cards you are supposed to deliver and taking money and gift cards you find in them.
• If you work for the IRS, looking up the tax returns of your friends, relatives, and ex-boyfriend's new girlfriend.
  
• (And my personal favorite) If you are at the Clovis rodeo, assaulting the Smokey the Bear character by punching him in the nose.

I'm not making any other comments- just do NOT do that kind of stuff people!
